Hi, I'm Jack.

I’ve dedicated the last 5 years of my life to learning everything I can about the human body.

While completing a B.Sc in Kinesiology I spent 3 years working as Strength and Conditioning coach where I helped athletes reach their fitness goals. I also volunteered as a Student Therapist to learn more about taking care of the body after training sessions and preventing and managing injuries.

Just this past year, I attended Sutherland-Chan school of Massage Therapy to further my understanding of soft tissue injuries and mobility restrictions.

I am always looking for new things to learn and I love lifting weights, cycling, and anything that gets me outdoors and active.

Health is my obsession.
